Additional information for using the library

The library initialization code must be inserted before . Since also supports header bidding, the code with the highest priority should be put together with other codes inside the head section.

The library is loaded synchronously; other libraries are loaded asynchronously. The library is loaded from CDN servers as well as from the nearest datacenter for the fastest loading possible.

The code is universal for each domain/ subdomain. The usage permission is ensured by the permission on’s part.

The code to be inserted in the head section before </head>:

  • After successfully deploying the code, the following message appears: “ script has been loaded successfully. More info:”  followed by the production version you are currently using. In progress.
Zobrazenie úspešného načítania knižnice v console.
Instructions on how to turn on the console can be found HERE.
  • The (successful) deployment can also be tested using a special parameter that needs to be inserted into the page URL: ?pa_action=check
If the script was successfully deployed, you will see a successful script deployment panel
    picture coming soon
  • In the “pa_action = check” mode, you will also see an ad unit that tests the website deployment. The unit is almost sold out (99% of stock is now gone). This demo unit is not paid for, and its main task is to test the deployment.

New functions:

New functions are available only to websites that take part in the beta testing. The current beta version may differ from the version you are currently using. library’s functions allow you to manually set a place where your ad is to initialize. It should be noted, however, that some formats are set to auto-placement (the ad will appear only based on our permission following the customer’s request).

In case of manually placed ads, the desired place is to feature a special tag. Tags may vary for a particular unit type.

An example of an in-text outstream ad unit with a manually-set place of display.

This tag defines a specific place where your ad will appear. If there is no tag on the page, the ad will not be displayed (auto-placement is an exception).

This way, it is possible to specify which pages should or should not display the ad unit. It is also possible to disable the unit – remove the tag from the page without having to remove the code in the head (its removing may cause other ads to display incorrectly or fail altogether).

As far as Auto-Ads (ads displayed using auto-placement) are concerned, ads are automatically displayed without the need to deploy another piece of code on a page. As Auto-Ads use non-standard places and are displayed out of the page content, their place need not be defined precisely.

With Auto-Ads, it is possible to prevent certain ad units from displaying on a specific page (such as a homepage) or list of pages (e.g., categories). To disable automatic ad insertion, you need to place an “ad tag” for a given unit on the page and add the following parameter data-auto-insert=”0″.

How to turn off Auto-Ads for InTextVideoAd:

The parameter data-auto-insert‘ disables display of a particular ad unit on the page it is deployed. The best position for the parameter is before </body>.

The library contains a function that allows content to be displayed only to those users who agree to it.
Non-personalized ads are displayed by default. If the website publisher has the user’s permission to show personalized ads, it can be done by running the function from the of the JavaScript library:

When the consent is not granted, you can turn off personalized ads as follows:

These features need to be triggered when the user gives or withdraws his/ her consent.

Since the library is loading from our server, we also get data about IP addresses of users. This data is dumped into a log file that is stored on the server and kept for 3 days. After 3 days, this data is deleted. Logs held for hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers providers are kept as directed by the law.
